My name is Allauddin Gayaseddin Patel. I am a self-employed person, a rickshaw driver. I felt very depressed and shy for asking monitory help. I was left no option then to beg for the financial support. Being kidney patient from 2003, it was extremely difficult to live the routine life.

I narrated my suffering and problems to the representative of apex kidney foundation. I am the only earning person in the family of 5 members. Help from AKF came as ray of hope.

Due to the AKF support for my dialysis, i saved some money and it allowed me to spend on my mother’s medicines.

The school fees of my sons are paid timely. Due to timely payment of fees i need not pay the late payment charges. Now i can think beyond the preliminary education for my children.

My wife who only looked after the family now feels little mentally relaxed as she can spare some money and pay attention on her health.

This expense of dialysis was not allowing me to help my family or fulfill my duties as son, father and husband. It is painful then the kidney disease. I did not want to give up. If i gave up, the condition of my family after me fills my eyes with tears. Now the help from AKF has supported me a lot. I can spend time with family keeping daily worries little away.

I request to AKF if it is possible for them to get more help for me and my family.

My name is Pradeep Jaiswal working in private limited company as delivery boy as my monthly income is Rs. 8000

We are 6 members family. I have 4 kids who are still studying each in different standard as my wife is uneducated due to that the only earning person in my house is me.

In 2016 while working in office where my blood pressure shoted and my body went into hypertension. In result was admitted to the hospital. Because of hypertension the doctor kept me on high doses of medication where both my kidneys were severely damaged.

From last 1.5 years. I am on dialysis where sometimes due to financial crises have to skip my dialysis my kids also have to skip their school because we were not able to pay their school fees. But school teachers and my kids school friends parents have helped us to pay my kids school fees.

But still whatever money use to earn was not sufficient to take dialysis and to take the necessary medicines. Sometimes was hospitalized where we was unable to pay the hospital bills and have to begged to money from people.

We are thankful to Apex Kidney Foundation who has financially supported me in taking proper dialysis. Now my Kids don’t have to skip their school they are able to concentrate in their studies. My life is back on track which was baldly disturbed.

This is my humble request to Apex Kidney Foundation to support me more financially.

My name is Mrs. Hema Srivastav, age 40. I was diagnosed with bone TB in January 2001. Due to which some part of my back bone were dissolved in pus. The treatment of TB lasted for 5 years and after 3 months of completing the TB treatment, both of my kidney failed and since then I was on dialysis. I’m on dialysis since last 13 years. I undergo dialysis 3 times a week.

My husband Mr. Manoj Srivastava has been taking care of my expenses throughout the kidney ailment. Since last couple of years he is been suffering from asthma and diabetes. In April 2016 he also suffered from heart attack. The doctors have implanted stent, however his heart functionality has been reduced. Only 10% heart is functional and doctors have advice for Heart transplant surgery for him. After the heart attack event this professional career has stopped and also his income. Our treatment is now on the helm on support extended by our relatives and friends

At present our financial condition is very bad and we are desperate need of financial support. I have discussed my financial condition with AKF, hence AKF and Raymond have come forward to support me by providing free dialysis due to which I ‘am able to sustain this life saving dialysis treatment, for which I’m very grateful to them.
