• Do Not miss Dialysis - make a note of how many times a week you would need dialysis and make plans for your trip accordingly
• Diet - Consult your dietician about the types of food you will be likely to encounter in the region you are travelling.
• Medicines - Take a stock of the medicines that your nephrologist has prescribed to you and fully stock the medicine for the duration of the trip.
