The website “www.apexkidneyfoundation.org” (hereinafter referred to as “This website”) is owned and managed by Apex Kidney Foundation,( hereinafter referred to as “AKF”) a Charitable Trust, formed for the purpose of educating general public about prevention of kidney diseases through early detection and providing support to persons already inflicted with kidney disease by providing kidney care services, home hemodialysis and other nephrology related services including kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis and nephrology consultations.
